Deposit Schedule

You will only be required to pay 20% upfront, with the balance payable falling due the month prior to tour departure.

Fully Transferrable

If you can’t make it on tour but know someone who can. You can transfer your spot to a new golfer at anytime - no questions asked.

Flexible Booking Plan

Our Flexible Booking Plan has been introduced for your complete peace of mind. We understand you may need to adjust your plans, so we offer the flexibility to change your travel arrangements or re-book for a more suitable time if needed.  Our Flexible Booking Plan allows you to defer your booking to an alternative date, or cancel your journey with a full refund for cancellations made prior to the balance due date. This plan is available to purchase at checkout from only $25pp.

Travel Insurance

All travel involves risks, we strongly recommend that all travellers take out suitable travel insurance. When on tour, keep the policy number and insurance phone number with you while on holiday. We also request you leave a copy of the policy with a family member or friend.

48 hour Free Cancellation

All our bookings have a 48 hour window from the time of booking where you can cancel and receive a full refund of all payments made.

Trip Cancellation

Should a tour or tournament be cancelled due to not reaching the minimum required number of participants a full refund will be made.
