Transparency

Golf Journeys does not charge any admin fees for cancellations, you will be entitled to a full refund subject only to what we are able claim back from our suppliers.

COVID-19 Protection

Should you be unable to attend or your tour cancelled due to government border restrictions or social distancing regulations you'll receive 100% refund up to 3 weeks prior to commencement, inside 3 weeks refunds will be up to 100% subject only to contracted terms and conditions by suppliers.

Trip Cancellation

Should a tour or tournament be cancelled due to not reaching the minimum required number of participants a full refund will be made.

24 hour free cancellation

All our bookings have a 24 hour window from the time of booking where you can cancel and receive a full refund of all payments made.

Fully Transferrable

If you can’t make it on tour but know someone who can. You can transfer your spot to a new golfer at anytime - no questions asked.
