Play at The Dunes Golf Links

After indulging in a hearty breakfast, enjoy a warm-up session at the driving range before stepping onto the first tee of the renowned Dunes Golf Links—an 18-hole championship layout set within the sandy ridges of the “Cups” region. This celebrated course offers a true links-style experience, shaped by nature and revered for its breathtaking scenery and strategic design. To start your round in memorable fashion, enjoy a limited-release whisky tasting on the first tee—a warm, welcoming tradition to mark the beginning of your day on the fairways.

While golfers are out on the course, non-golfers will embark on a captivating experience along the Bushrangers Bay Coastal Walk, offering sweeping sea views and dramatic cliffscapes. The highlight is a visit to Cape Schanck Lighthouse, perched at the southernmost tip of the Peninsula, where the Bass Strait meets Western Port. Protected since the 1800s and declared a national park in 1988, this region is a natural treasure.

Following the walk, unwind with a delicious paddock-to-plate lunch at a local venue. Later in the afternoon, reconvene with the group for a relaxed sundowner on the balcony of The Dunes Clubhouse—sharing stories from the day and soaking in the coastal air.

Rise at your leisure and enjoy a delicious breakfast before heading to the practice area for a personalised Masterclass with a Pro. Led by a local teaching professional, this small-group session focuses on sharpening your short game, refining swing mechanics, and building confidence before your next round. With expert tips fresh in your toolkit, you’ll be primed to take on the revered St Andrews Beach Golf Course—ranked among the world’s top 100.

Set amongst rolling dunes and sculpted by renowned golf architect Tom Doak, this coastal gem offers a pure links experience. Expect strategic bunkering, undulating fairways, and panoramic views that make every hole a highlight.

While golfers take to the fairways, non-golfers will enjoy a sensory experience in Sorrento village. Wander through boutique shops, charming galleries, and historic limestone buildings. A highlight of the day is a sumptuous lunch at the iconic Hotel Sorrento, followed by a leisurely cliff-top stroll along Millionaire’s Row—where grand homes line the edge of the coastline, offering spectacular views over Port Phillip Bay.

Return to The Links Lodge for a short break before heading out to St Andrews Beach Brewery, a Peninsula favourite set on a former thoroughbred training facility. You’ll enjoy a guided beer tasting featuring their signature brews and a hearty 'pub grub' dinner in a relaxed, rustic setting. Once home to over 80 champion racehorses and a 1,200-metre grass track, the estate now grows fresh produce used in its kitchen and brews. Walks, Wines and Awakening of the Culinary Senses

Begin your day with a relaxed breakfast, breathing in the crisp morning air and reflecting on the journey so far. Today, the experience is elevated as we transition into the heart of the Peninsula’s cultural and culinary treasures.

After breakfast, bid farewell to The Links Lodge. Our team will assist with check-out and ensure a seamless transfer to your next destination, nestled in the hills of Red Hill.

Our first stop is the breathtaking Pt Leo Estate, where vineyard-lined hills gently roll toward the sea. With a glass of St Leo Chardonnay in hand, wander through the estate’s remarkable sculpture park—a world-class, 16-acre outdoor gallery showcasing works by leading Australian and international artists. The harmony of landscape, art, and fine wine makes for a truly enriching experience.

From here, we journey into the heart of the Mornington Peninsula’s acclaimed wine country. With more than 200 vineyards and over 50 cellar doors, the region is celebrated for its cool-climate Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. You’ll be welcomed at one of the Peninsula’s most prestigious wineries for an extraordinary lunch. Indulge in a thoughtfully curated seasonal menu, perfectly paired with estate-grown wines and served in an elegant setting overlooking the vines. This is regional dining at its finest.

Play at Moonah Links

Begin your day with a satisfying breakfast as you take in the vineyard views and reflect on the unforgettable moments shared so far. Today brings a perfect balance of leisure and legacy—whether you’re returning to the fairways or embracing the pace of Red Hill’s tranquil charm.

This morning, golfers will head to the iconic Moonah Links Legends Course. Designed to honour the game’s greats, each hole on this championship layout is named after a legendary player, many of them Australian. With generous fairways, immaculately presented greens, and panoramic views across the Peninsula, this course offers a fitting grand finale. Described by Inside Golf as “a revelation, sensational in every way,” Moonah Links blends challenge with beauty in every swing.

For non-golfers, the day begins with a peaceful stroll along the Red Hill Railway Trail—a gentle walk through picturesque countryside, home to native flora and fauna. Afterwards, return to Lindenderry for a relaxed garden lunch, followed by a soak in the outdoor hot tub and perhaps a friendly game of Pétanque on the lawn with a glass of Pinot Noir in hand.

As the evening unfolds, we come together for a farewell dinner in the elegant surrounds of Lindenderry Estate. Set against a backdrop of vineyards and soft evening light, this final dining experience is a celebration of the journey. Enjoy a thoughtfully curated multi-course menu featuring the best of the Mornington Peninsula’s seasonal produce, each dish paired with Lindenderry’s acclaimed wines—elegant pinots, bright chardonnays, and bold regional reds.

With laughter flowing, stories shared, and glasses raised, this evening captures the very spirit of the tour—connection, discovery, and the joy of great golf, food, and company.

This isn’t just a dinner—it’s a toast to the journey, and the memories made along the way.
