You can make changes to your booking at any time and there are no fees for making a change. All changes will be subject to availability.
Should a tour or tournament be cancelled due to not reaching the minimum required number of participants a full refund will be made.
If you can’t make it on tour but know someone who can. You can transfer your spot to a new golfer at anytime.
All our bookings have a 48 hour window from the time of booking where you can cancel and receive a full refund of all payments made, no questions asked. After 48 hours and in the lead up to the event, Golf Journeys do not charge admin fees for cancellations, you'll receive up to 100% refund back subject only to what we are able to recover from our suppliers.
We have a flexible booking policy in place to ensure you can book with peace of mind. We are completely transparent from the start, and don't charge any admin fees for cancellations. Should you cancel you will be entitled to a full refund subject only to what we are able claim back from our suppliers.
